- tercero. de la parte resolutiva de la Sentencia C-485 de 2003, de manera tal que se refiera al articulo 60 de la Ley 788 de 2002 y no al articulo 60 de la Ley 60 de 2002. Por lo tanto, en lo sucesivo dicho numeral quedara asi:
